Job Description

A community bank in Rawlins is confidentially hiring a Commercial Lender to grow business banking across Carbon County and south central Wyoming. You'll develop new relationships, underwrite and structure credit, close loans, and service a commercial portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Build new business relationships through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Learn client goals and recommend matching credit and deposit products
• Review financials and structure commercial and equipment loans
• Write loan memos and see documentation through closing
• Open business accounts and cross-sell treasury and cash management
• Expand the portfolio while keeping credit quality sound

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
• Experience in commercial lending or business banking
• Comfortable presenting loan requests to owners and committee
• Practical underwriting and credit analysis skills
• Organized and able to juggle several deals
