A local bank in Evansville is confidentially looking for a Branch Manager to lead its office and grow relationships across Natrona County and central Wyoming. The role blends team leadership, lending, and branch operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a small branch team
• Grow deposits and consumer and small business loans
• Originate and service consumer and small business loans
• Oversee daily operations, security, and compliance
• Take part in local events and community organizations
• Deliver a personal experience on every customer visit

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in banking with supervisory or lending experience
• Consumer or small business lending background
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• Comfortable building business in a growing community
• Organized, dependable, and customer focused
