Job Description

A community bank in Torrington is confidentially hiring an Ag Lender to serve farm and ranch customers across Goshen County and southeast Wyoming. You'll handle new business, underwriting, structuring, closing, and servicing a portfolio of ag relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with ranchers, farmers, and ag businesses
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateral, including livestock and land
• Structure and present operating, equipment, and real estate loans
• Complete inspections, annual reviews, and portfolio monitoring
• Cross-sell deposit and other bank services
• Work with FSA guarantee programs as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Ag lending or ag credit experience
• Ranching or farming background is a big plus
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with a rural customer base
