Requirements:

• 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation preferred
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Collaborate with attorneys and assist with various tasks. 
• Maintain strict attention to detail in all aspects of title work. 
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide professional service. 
• Preferred qualifications include paralegal certification and a producer title license. 
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal software. 
• Commitment to continuing legal education and professional development.
