A highly respected commercial general contractor in the D.C. market is expanding and looking for an Interior Project Manager to join their collaborative, high-performing team. What you'll be doing:
Manage commercial interior construction projects from kickoff through completion
Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subs to deliver high-quality results
Monitor budgets, schedules, change orders, and contract compliance
Conduct site visits, lead progress meetings, and ensure safety and quality standards
Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs, helping grow the next generation of talent
What we're looking for:
10+ years of experience in project management within commercial construction
Background leading interior commercial projects, ideally in the D.C. metro area
Strong understanding of all phases—precon to closeout
Solid communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
