Key Responsibilities:
Manage a book of Personal Lines Property & Casualty clients, providing exceptional service and support
Handle all aspects of client policies including quotes, renewals, endorsements, billing, and claims follow-up
Foster strong client relationships through timely communication and proactive account management
Collaborate with producers and carriers to ensure accurate and competitive policy coverage
Identify cross-selling opportunities and educate clients on additional coverage options
Maintain detailed records in the agency management system in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
2+ years of experience in personal lines account management
Strong knowledge of personal insurance products (homeowners, auto, umbrella, etc.)
Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
