As a Land Development PE, you'll be a key player on our Civil Engineering team—leading projects from kickoff through construction. You’ll work in lockstep with surveyors, architects, planners, and clients to bring bold ideas to life.
Lead land development design: grading, stormwater, utilities, and site layout
Oversee permitting and construction documents
Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team culture
Manage client relationships with excellence and confidence
Ensure quality, profitability, and project success at every stage
PE License (Indiana preferred or obtainable quickly)
5+ years of land development design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Excellent communication and organizational skills
