Job Description

Summary: A leading fire protection provider is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative to support estimating, project management, and customer service for both new and existing clients. This role is responsible for promoting, estimating, and selling fire protection sprinkler systems, repairs, and upgrades across a wide range of commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish contact with potential clients and qualify buyers for fire protection contracts through sales calls, lead follow-up, and strategic marketing.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions based on the company’s capabilities.
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, end users, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare estimates for both small service jobs and large-scale projects ranging from $100K to $1M+.
  • Provide project management support as needed, including handling change orders, resolving field issues, and attending job walks and construction meetings.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and grow the fire protection division.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler estimating and/or sales or equivalent technical experience.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and knowledgeable in NFPA 13, 14, and 20 standards as well as applicable local codes.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
