Maintenance Technician – Food Manufacturing
We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role is essential to keeping production running smoothly through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery used in food manufacturing
Perform preventative maintenance on motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Respond promptly to equipment failures and work to minimize downtime
Support the installation and setup of new equipment and systems
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow safety and sanitation standards
Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
Experience in an industrial or food manufacturing maintenance role
Strong mechanical and electrical skills (including 208V, 277V, and 480V systems)
Familiarity with HVAC systems, sensors, PLC troubleshooting, and PM procedures
Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols is a plus
Self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
