A highly-respected and growing construction company in the area is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously

Estimator Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience
• Experienced with estimating, understanding bids, finding errors in plans, creating budgets for awarded bids
• Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner
