What You’ll Do as a Civil Engineer – Land Development:
Lead complex land development projects, preparing construction plans, design calculations, and cost estimates
Manage permitting processes including stormwater management and environmental compliance
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Deliver projects on time and to the highest standards of quality and safety
Experience & Qualifications:
4+ years of professional experience for entry to mid-level roles, up to 15+ years for senior roles
Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Strong background in land development engineering and stormwater management
Excellent project management and communication skills
