Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Commercial/Civil Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of paralegal experience specializing in matters such as employment disputes, collections, and business disputes. You will support the attorneys in all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial preparation, ensuring efficient case management and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and gather case information
- Manage and organize exhibits, pleadings, and discovery materials
- Monitor and track case deadlines and court filings
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and third parties as needed
- Assist in trial preparation and logistical arrangements
- Maintain accurate case files and document management systems
- Support attorneys in trial and hearing preparations

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on commercial and civil law
- Strong knowledge of employment law, collections, and business disputes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
