What You’ll Own:
Lead field operations for complex mid‑rise and high‑rise construction (non-wood frame).
Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget excellence across multiple large-scale projects.
Directly manage superintendents, subcontractors, and site teams.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to scale field operations and enhance processes.
You Bring:
10+ years as Superintendent on mid/high-rise commercial or multifamily projects — ideally in coastal/tilt-wall environments.
Proven leadership managing large field teams and high-value builds.
Strong technical know-how, CRM, and process-savvy mindset.
Pay Range:
$130K–$200K+ base, depending on experience and scope
