CNC Programmer in New Berlin

Job Description

Gpac has partnered with a financially stable and growing company who is looking for their next CNC Programmer.

Looking for:

• Plan programming activities and develop programs that meet cycle time, quality, and usability standards
• Collaborate with the project engineer on design, tooling, and fixturing to meet performance, cost, and delivery requirements
• Create DPP according to ISO/AS standards and complete DPP for future use
• Communicate clearly job time requirements
• Perform first-run setups, minimizing downtime, and successfully prove out and adjust programs as needed
• Train machinists on program execution and identify cost-saving opportunities
• 3-5 year's experience
• Associate's Degree is preferred or we'll take a healthy dose of experience!
