These roles are responsible for overseeing all phases of construction—from pre-con to closeout—while leading on-site teams and delivering exceptional results. You’ll play a key role in driving quality, schedule, and performance across a growing project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead all phases of construction from start to finish
– Own and manage project schedules and site resources
– Partner with Project Managers to ensure profitability and execution
– Provide hands-on leadership to field teams and mentor junior staff
– Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site operations
– Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and stakeholders
– Interpret and enforce construction plans and specifications
What We’re Looking For:
– 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
– Proven success on projects $30M+ in value
– Experience with mission critical/data center builds is required
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead in dynamic environments
– Excellent communication and time-management skills
– Familiarity with construction scheduling software is a plus
