A well-regarded Mansfield-based law firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across a range of state and federal litigation matters. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule—work in-office Monday through Thursday and from home on Fridays.
The firm handles a diverse range of legal matters, including employment, special education, student discipline, board governance, business and facilities, construction law, constitutional rights, and civil litigation. They pride themselves on providing work-life balance for employees, with reasonable billable hour requirements.

Paralegal certification required
