Transportation, Premises, & Product Liability
Construction Defect & Workplace Injury (Nonsubscriber)
Professional Liability & Insurance Coverage
Government/Municipal Defense & Labor & Employment
Business Litigation & Intellectual Property Disputes
What You’ll Do:
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
Draft discovery, manage deadlines, and coordinate filings
Assist with deposition preparation and trial support
Maintain case files, medical records, and court calendars
Coordinate with clients, experts, and court personnel
What You Bring:
2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal court procedures
Skilled in e-filing, calendaring, and document management
Excellent communication, organization, and time management
Proficient in legal software (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)
