Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Labor and Employment Law Litigation Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' litigation experience in employment and labor law, with a strong track record of managing cases from start to finish. This role offers flexibility to work remotely one day a week and only requires 1500 hours billed annually.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and litigate employment and labor disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, and various other employment-related matters
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
- Conduct depositions, client interviews, and legal research
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop case strategies
- Provide practical, timely advice and counsel to clients
- Contribute to our firm’s reputation for high-quality, reliable service

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in labor and employment law litigation
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases independently
- Excellent writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Work Environment & Compensation:
- one WFH day per week (flexible scheduling)
- Billable hour requirement of approximately 1,500 hours annually
