What You’ll Do:
Conduct in-home patient assessments and care planning
Administer medications, IVs, and wound care
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
Provide patient and caregiver education
Collaborate with physicians and care team members
Complete accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For: ✅ Active RN or LPN license in Georgia or a compact multistate license ✅ Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience (required) ✅ Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills ✅ Comfortable working independently in patients' homes ✅ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
