About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Grain Location Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple inbound and outbound truck locations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of our grain facilities while delivering excellent service to growers and commercial partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of multiple grain locations
Oversee grain receiving, storage, handling, and shipping
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Schedule and supervise employees, manage labor resources efficiently
Monitor grain inventory and quality across sites
Work closely with logistics to coordinate truck movements in and out of facilities
Build strong relationships with customers, truckers, and internal teams
Assist with facility maintenance planning and capital improvement projects
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in grain operations, logistics, or facility management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Understanding of grain quality, inventory management, and safety procedures
Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary of $80,000 – $90,000+ based on experience
