Job Description

We are looking for a Safety Manager who has experience in ground up commercial construction.  If you possess strong safety expertise, a proactive mindset, and want to make a real difference, apply now and lead our safety initiatives, ensuring everyone goes home safely every day!

Safety Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hazard Identification and Risk Mitigation 
  • Compliance and Reporting
  • Communication and Training
  • Emergency Response and Preparedness
  • Continuous Improvement 

 

Safety Manager Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in construction safety management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations pertaining to construction.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using relevant safety software, tools, and technology for documentation and reporting
