Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Missouri (or eligible for reciprocity)
  • 3+ years of experience in family law, including litigation and settlement negotiation
  • Strong working knowledge of Missouri family law statutes and courtroom procedures
  • Ability to manage emotionally sensitive cases with compassion, discretion, and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, case strategy, and legal drafting skills
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
