Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal assistant supporting civil litigation
  • Proficiency with Missouri court procedures, including e-filing systems and litigation timelines
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment and able to meet tight deadlines
  • A proactive, dependable mindset and a collaborative, team-first attitude
