Job Description

Our well established and highly regarded law firms (AV Rated) is looking for a real estate attorney with five or more years of experience in a real estate practice with experience in commercial, office, retail, industrial, residential, recreational and mixed-use developments.  A successful candidate may provide legal counsel to individuals, businesses and governmental entities including land acquisition, contract preparation and negotiation, leasing, financeable ground leasing, development, financing, and construction as well as related areas including municipal incorporation and annexation, subdivision, tax incentive and zoning issues.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Real Estate and transactional matters.
  • Strong understanding of business law and principles
  • Proficiency in legal research, drafting agreements, and transactional documents
  • Proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
