🔨 Superintendent | Commercial Construction

Your Role on Site:
You’ll own jobsite operations from site prep to turnover, leading project schedules, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, and safety compliance to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage overall project schedules and short-term look-aheads.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, site logistics, and resources.
• Ensure quality control through field supervision and adherence to project specs.
• Lead daily safety huddles and enforce all safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate site documentation: RFIs, daily logs, photos, and reports.
• Coordinate inspections and agency testing.

You Bring:
• 5-10+ years of experience as a commercial superintendent.
• Proven success running projects start-to-finish.
• Strong scheduling ability (Microsoft Project required).
• Proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, or similar field tools.
• Deep knowledge of construction plans, scopes, and field operations.
