Appointment Setter – St.George, UT

A growing company in the turf care industry is seeking a confident and self-driven Appointment Setter to join the sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, initiating the customer journey with professionalism and energy. This role involves both outbound calls and in-person lead generation through door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and send texts to warm leads in the CRM
Knock doors in assigned areas to introduce services and qualify interest
Use approved scripts and RepCard to build rapport and schedule consultations
Book appointments directly into a shared team calendar
Log all outreach, lead activity, and appointment results in the CRM
Follow up with unresponsive leads using structured timelines
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize appointment conversions
Meet or exceed daily/weekly goals for contact and appointment setting
What We're Looking For:
Comfortable speaking with people both in-person and over the phone
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy – proficient with CRMs, digital calendars, and mobile apps
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
Willing to learn basic objection handling and improve with coaching
Compensation & Incentives:
Performance-based pay per qualified appointment set
