We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a large format graphics facility in Florida. This is role's responsibilities include managing people, process, and performance—from the shop floor to the client relationship.

Your Responsibilities As A General Manager:

  • Lead and motivate a team across production, installation, design, and customer service

  • Oversee workflow, scheduling, quality control, and on-time delivery

  • Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and labor to meet client expectations

  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to deliver exceptional service and short turnarounds

  • Identify areas for operational improvements and develop effective practices

  • Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and margins

  • Be a present leader who interacts confidently and professionally comfortable on the floor and in the boardroom

What Makes An Ideal General Manager For This Team:

  • 5+ years in large/wide format graphics

  • Proven leadership in a production or operations management role, at least 2+ years

  • Hands-on and proactive—someone who can roll up their sleeves and set a strong example

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in multiple departments

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
