Quality Manager

A growing manufacturer is seeking a Quality Manager to own and lead its ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System (QMS). This cross-functional position ensures regulatory compliance, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and manages both customer and supplier corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 QMS across departments
  • Lead internal audits and coordinate third-party surveillance audits
  • Manage corrective actions (CARs and SCARs) from root cause analysis to resolution
  • Respond to customer documentation requests (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, etc.)
  • Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and engineering

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years in a quality, compliance, or documentation role in manufacturing or distribution
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 principles and corrective action methodologies (5 Whys, fishbone, etc.)
  • Experience with regulatory compliance topics
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint and Power BI experience a plus
