Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer – Texas Community Bank

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer with 10 years of proven success in community banking to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage deep market knowledge and long-standing relationships to drive high-quality loan growth while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, structure, and close CRE loans for a variety of property types, including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily.

  • Manage and grow an established portfolio, ensuring strong asset quality and compliance with bank policies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and local business leaders to identify new lending opportunities.

  • Collaborate with credit, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure smooth loan execution.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of CRE lending experience in Texas community banking.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals while maintaining strong credit quality.

  • In-depth knowledge of Texas commercial real estate markets and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong business development, credit analysis, and relationship management skills.
