Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney
Location: Houston, TX metro area
Compensation: $110,000 – $170,000 base salary with aggressive merit-based bonuses paid semi-annually

A well-established and highly respected law firm in the Houston area is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and want to expand their practice in personal injury and insurance-related litigation.

This is a significant role for a Civil Litigation Attorney who wants to work on complex cases, including personal injury defense, premises liability, product liability, and insurance subrogation. Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney handling personal injury and insurance defense matters

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar

  • Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and managing cases through trial

  • Skilled in depositions, courtroom appearances, and settlement negotiations

  • Ability to manage a heavy litigation caseload independently while delivering excellent client service
