Overview: We’re seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney to join a reputable and growing firm serving clients across Washington State. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable litigator who is confident managing cases independently—from intake through trial—and who values work-life balance, flexible work options, and a rewarding compensation structure.
What We Offer:
Base salary of $110K–$160K
Annual bonus based on individual performance and billable targets
Billable target: 1300–1600 hours/year
Significant financial reward for billing over 1600

Flexibility to work remotely, with required ability to appear in King and Snohomish County courts as needed
What We're Looking For:
Licensed attorney in Washington
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
Strong work history and demonstrated reliability
Must be able to handle cases independently, including:
Legal research and drafting
Discovery
Motion practice
Courtroom litigation/trial
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Willingness and ability to travel for in-person court appearances in King and Snohomish Counties
