Fire Sprinkler Estimator – Join an Industry Leader
We’re partnering with a well-established Fire Protection contractor in the Seattle area that is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stability, competitive pay, and a company that values its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate cost estimates for fire sprinkler projects.
- Perform material take-offs and develop detailed bids for new construction, tenant improvements, and retrofit projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and sales teams to ensure bids are complete and competitive.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NFPA codes, industry standards, and jurisdictional requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of fire sprinkler estimating experience (design or project management background a plus).
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam or AutoCAD is a plus.
- Strong understanding of NFPA codes, local building codes, and fire sprinkler system components.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
