Sales Executive – Logistics

The Role: We’re on the hunt for a Top Performing Sales Executive who knows the logistics game inside and out. This is an on-site role based in Memphis, TN — ideal for a driven, results-focused professional who’s ready to make big moves and bigger commissions.

If you have the numbers to back up your hustle, we want to see them. Bonus points if you’re bringing customers with you — but it’s not a deal-breaker. What matters most is that you can sell, close, and grow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and close new business opportunities in the freight and logistics space
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build long-term relationships with shippers and customers
  • Collaborate closely with operations and dispatch teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Hit (and exceed) monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics sales (3PL or asset-based preferred)
  • Proven sales performance — bring your numbers, we want to see them
  • Solid understanding of transportation and supply chain services
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly competitive
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Existing customer relationships or book of business = huge plus
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
