Currently seeking a Social Security Disabilities Attorney to join the team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, client-focused, and eager to advocate for individuals navigating the challenges of disability claims.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims.
Manage cases from intake through hearings, appeals, and beyond.
Conduct client interviews and prepare them for hearings.
Draft motions, briefs, and other related legal documents.
Appear before Administrative Law Judges and federal courts as needed.
Collaborate with staff to provide efficient, client-centered representation.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar (specify state(s) here).
Prior experience with Social Security Disability cases strongly preferred.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with clients facing difficult circumstances.
