A nationally recognized plaintiff’s personal injury firm is adding a Litigation Associate to its trial team. This is a rare opportunity for an attorney with 1–3 years of experience to step directly into meaningful litigation and courtroom work—without being sidelined in the background for years.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a personal injury litigation docket from filing through verdict.

  • Draft motions, briefs, and pleadings that move cases forward.

  • Take and defend depositions.

  • Advocate for clients at hearings, mediations, and trial.

  • Partner with senior attorneys to craft strategies that deliver results.

  • Negotiate settlements with confidence and creativity.

What You Bring

  • Missouri Bar admission (Illinois a plus).

  • 1–3 years of litigation experience (personal injury or insurance defense is highly valued).

  • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

  • Resilience, drive, and passion for standing up for clients in the courtroom.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary $80K–$95K + uncapped bonuses (first-year earnings expected $100K+).
