What You’ll Do
Own the estimating process from concept through bid—full-scope and conceptual estimating, GMP development, and detailed takeoffs.
Partner with architects, engineers, and key stakeholders to deliver accurate budgets and creative solutions.
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors to keep pricing competitive and schedules tight.
What You Bring
5+ years of commercial estimating experience (healthcare, education, multifamily, or similar).
Sharp skills in cost modeling, budget forecasting, and drawing review.
A collaborative, detail-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
