Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturing company that is seeking a Production Supervisor.
1st & 2nd shift open
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on UV printing, digital, and press machines, ensuring that production meets quality standards, efficiency goals, and scheduled timelines.
- Experience: in a manufacturing or packaging environment, with specific expertise in operating and maintaining UV printing, digital, and flexographic press machines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and Label Traxx.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Skilled in machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for UV, digital, and press equipment.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems and Label Traxx software is highly desirable.
