Job Title: Commercial Lines Producer

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet the needs of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and develop new commercial insurance clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Assess client risks and provide customized insurance solutions.

  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.

  • Collaborate with account managers and support staff to ensure excellent client service.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and underwriting guidelines.

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably commercial lines.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain).
