Our well-established long-term care client, serving the vibrant communities of Snohomish and King County, WA, is seeking a motivated and strategic Home Health/Home Care Salesperson. About the Role:

In this key role, you will be the face of our home health and home care services, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations. Your mission will be to educate and inform potential partners about the high-quality, compassionate care our client provides, ultimately driving business growth and expanding our reach.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Registered Nurses (RNs) looking to transition from clinical practice into a business development role. Your deep understanding of patient care and the healthcare system will be invaluable.
  • Business-savvy professionals with a proven track record in healthcare sales or a related field. Your expertise in market strategy, relationship building, and B2B sales will be a huge asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
  • Conduct presentations and informational sessions to promote our services.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on our home health and home care services.
  • Track and report on sales activities and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the home health or long-term care market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
