About the Role: An exciting leadership opportunity has opened for a Practice Manager of Aesthetics with a rapidly growing skincare and dermatology organization based in Ohio. This multi-site leadership role is responsible for driving aesthetics sales and managing teams across multiple locations, fostering a strong sales culture, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with policies and industry standards at multiple aesthetic offices.

  • Manage regional budgets and P&L reports to optimize financial performance.

  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards across all locations.

  • Lead and coach aesthetic providers and staff to achieve sales and patient care goals.

  • Standardize performance reviews and monitor provider metrics monthly.

  • Collaborate with dermatology providers to promote products, services, and referral programs.

  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of aesthetic staff.

  • Support marketing efforts, patient retention, and office events.

  • Manage inventory and administrative duties as needed.

  • Travel regularly between clinic locations.

What You Bring:

  • Proven leadership and management experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Budget management and quantitative aptitude.

  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with basic computer systems (Windows, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in management or related field.

  • 2-5 years of sales or leadership experience in aesthetics or healthcare.
