Commercial Lines Producer

We are seeking a driven and motivated Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.

  • Assess client business needs and recommend appropriate commercial insurance products.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and excellent service.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policies are issued accurately and on time.

  • Meet or exceed sales and retention goals.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in commercial insurance sales, account management, or related field preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.

  • Proven ability to generate new business and maintain existing accounts.

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
