A premier boutique law firm is seeking a Junior Tax Associate (3–5 years of experience) to join its growing Private Client practice. This is a confidential search.
Position Highlights:
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 remote — you choose the days
Research federal, state, and international tax issues; support planning and compliance
Assist with reorganizations, estate matters, and IRS controversy work
Collaborate directly with senior attorneys and high-net-worth clients
Requirements:
J.D. from accredited law school
Licensed in Illinois
3–5 years of experience in tax law, compliance, estate planning, or controversy
LL.M. in Tax, CPA, or CFP preferred
