The firm is seeking an accomplished attorney with a robust background in employment counseling and litigation. The incoming partner will have the opportunity to build upon an established platform of corporate and litigation clients, while collaborating with a team that values integrity, professionalism, and long-term client relationships.
Advise and represent employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and compliance matters
Handle employment litigation in state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies
Provide strategic counseling on employment policies, agreements, and best practices
Support and expand existing firm clients while developing new business opportunities
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth of the employment practice group
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
7+ years of employment law experience, including counseling and litigation
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client relationships
Portable book of business; This shows the ability to bring on and retain new business and be client-facing
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
