Junior Estimator – Heavy Civil / WWTP Projects (Confidential)
📍 Locations: North Carolina | Virginia | Georgia 💼 Office-based with regional collaboration
A Heavy Civil General Contractor with a strong presence across the East Coast is seeking Junior Estimators to support large-scale WWTP bids and preconstruction efforts.
🔹 Responsibilities:
Assist in takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid preparation for complex civil and WWTP projects
Collaborate with senior estimators, project managers, and engineers
Support pricing, vendor coordination, and proposal documentation
🔹 Requirements:
1–3+ years of estimating experience (civil or WWTP preferred)
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proficient in estimating software and Excel
💰 Compensation: $90K–$110K+
