Job Title: Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Superintendent

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated WWTP Superintendent to oversee the field execution of wastewater treatment plant and related civil infrastructure projects. This is a traveling position with regional project assignments and comfortable rotations that allow employees regular time home.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supervising heavy civil concrete projects, preferably with direct experience on wastewater treatment plant construction or other complex water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations for wastewater treatment plant and heavy civil concrete projects.

  • Coordinate and supervise crews, subcontractors, and field activities to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-schedule work.

  • Interpret and implement project drawings, specifications, and schedules.

  • Work closely with project management and engineering teams to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

  • Manage equipment, materials, and labor resources efficiently.

  • Enforce safety policies and maintain a culture of safety on site.

  • Report project progress, issues, and milestones to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of field supervision experience in heavy civil or concrete infrastructure construction.

  • Experience with wastewater treatment plants or similar process facility projects is strongly preferred.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.

  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, safety, and quality control.

  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally for extended periods (with regular home rotations).
