Agronomy Location Manager in Hutchinson

Job Description

GPAC is working with a company in the agronomy industry that is seeking an Agronomy Location Manager in the South Central Kansas area. This role is responsible for leading location operations, supervising staff, managing agronomy sales (seed, fertilizer, and crop protection), and strengthening producer relationships to drive growth.

Qualifications the company is looking for include:

• Background in agronomy practices, crop inputs, and farm production
• Leadership experience managing employees, operations, and safety compliance
• Strong sales and customer relationship skills
• Ability to develop marketing plans and increase market share
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field (or equivalent experience)
• CDL and applicator licenses preferred (CCA a plus)
