As a Project Manager, you’ll provide leadership and direction to ensure successful outcomes on commercial construction projects. You’ll guide your team, communicate openly, and set clear expectations—all while focusing on the client and contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Estimating during Preconstruction
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Mentor junior Project Management staff
• Build and maintain relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor procurement
• Resolve drawing interpretation issues and project conflicts
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, billing, and monthly reports
• Prepare cost projections and monitor project schedules
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial/light industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building systems
• Excellent financial and project management skills
