Job Description

A fast-growing med spa group is seeking a Spa Manager to lead operations across two high-volume locations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, client experience, and driving spa growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day spa operations, staffing, and scheduling.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Aesthetic Injectors, Aestheticians, and Guest Experience Specialists.

  • Foster a results-driven culture focused on client satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives, local outreach, and membership growth campaigns.

  • Manage vendor relationships for trainings, events, and promotions.

  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize budgets for profitability.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years of experience managing a spa, med spa, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to drive team performance and enhance client satisfaction.

  • Experience executing local marketing strategies is a plus.
