In this role, you'll drive productivity improvements, ensure timely shipments that meet customer specifications, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. You will also coordinate schedules, train staff on equipment use, and enforce company policies to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage production processes to boost efficiency and quality

What You Bring:

✔ Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

✔ Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook ✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills

✔ Ability to work well with others and manage priorities under pressure

✔ Knowledge of company policies and safety guidelines
