Seeking a hands-on Quality Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background and experience in welding, hydraulics, cylinders, and prototype work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, and improving processes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

 

Responsibilities:

•            Oversee all quality control and assurance functions across production and assembly areas

•            Inspect and verify components, welds, and hydraulic assemblies for accuracy and compliance

•            Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions to resolve product or process issues

•            Work closely with engineering on prototypes and new product development to ensure design intent and manufacturability

•            Maintain and improve the company’s quality management systems and documentation

•            Develop and implement inspection plans, testing procedures, and quality standards

•            Support audits, certifications, and customer quality requirements

•            Train and guide employees on quality procedures and continuous improvement practices

•            Communicate quality performance metrics and drive process improvements across departments

 

Qualifications:

•            Background in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience

•            Experience with welding, hydraulics, and cylinder assemblies

•            Strong knowledge of inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality documentation

•            Proven ability to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions

•            Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

•            Familiarity with ISO standards and manufacturing quality systems
